Job Title Account Managers / Business Development Managers

Skill Set : International / Off-shoring Business Development. Education : Should be a qualified B.A, B.Arch, B.B.A, BCA, B.Com, BDS, B.E/B.Tech, B.Ed, BHM, BL/LLB, B.Pharm, B.Sc, CA, Class 12, CS, Diploma, ICWA, M.A, M.Arch, MBA, MBBS, MCA, M.Com, MD/MS, M.Ed, M.E/M.Tech/MS, ML/LLM, M.Pharm, Mphil, M.Sc, PGDCA, PG Diploma, PGDM, Phd, Other

Experience :

  • Should have minimum 1 - 2 years of work experience post qualification
  • Strong influencing skills with ability to build effective relationships.
  • Strong finance background
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Commitment & ability to work under pressure
  • Freshers with good Knowledge of ASP and SQL Server can also send their resumes.

Description : 

  • Must be a self starter with excellent organizational skills
  • Motivation to sell and motivation to learn.
  • Must have a customer and team focus
  • Pleasant phone manner Excellent listening and communication skills a must.
  • American accent trained executives a plus but most importantly their English speaking skills should be of the highest caliber.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Basic computer skills required and any technological knowledge a plus College degree in Marketing or Business Major a plus

Typical work activities :

  • Understanding customers' varying, often quite specific, business needs and applying knowledge of the company's products to meet those needs.
  • Cold calling and prospecting skills
  • Developing effective sales plans
  • Marketing and promoting products by writing and designing sales literature
  • Presenting and demonstrating products
  • Meeting sales targets set by managers
  • Identifying and developing new business and clients through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls to new account holders
  • Maintaining existing links with customers;
  • Providing support to customers, often on a telephone helpline, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible
  • Writing proposals, reports and supporting literature
  • Reviewing progress and identifying opportunities for further sales and new areas for development
  • Ability to multi-task within a sales capacity.
