Education : Should be a qualified MBA.

- Interviewed qualified candidates and negotiated on salary and other terms governed by the company policy.
- Screened potential candidates to the next level of hiring.
- Performed reference checks and other background verifications for all short listed candidates.
- Responsible for the candidate's joining formalities and training hand-over.
- Updated vendors on staffing requirements and developed leads from resumes,employee referrals and other references.
