The customer
Client is a pioneer in IP Telephony and online transactional banking which offers a complete line of communications services and products, including local service, long distance, Internet access, web hosting and telephone equipment.

The challenge
Client experienced explosive growth in the last five years resulting in fragmented non-homogeneous Financial, Staffing, Human Resources, Sales, and Marketing organizations. The company was managed using manual processes without any business processes and standards. Integration between the financial system (GEAC) and Projects, Payroll and HR system was non-existent. It was extremely difficult to provide visibility into the operations of the company, both from management and financial perspective.

The Solution
